Alaska and Hawaiian add chef-designed menus for international Suites and First
Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines announced chef-curated menus and a refreshed premium wine program on Oct 15, 2026. (checked Oct 16, 2026)
Alaska
James Beard winner Brady Ishiwata Williams designed Suites dishes: Miso Glazed Black Cod on Seattle–Tokyo Narita and Galbi-Glazed Chicken on Seattle–Seoul Incheon, both available now for pre-order. Renee Erickson's seasonal Suites menus are "coming soon" for Seattle–London, then Athens and Paris when those routes launch in May 2027. (checked Oct 16, 2026)
Hawaiian
Dell Valdez's international Suites menu starts Oct 21, as do Keaka Lee's First Class menus on flights departing Hawaiʻi. Sheldon Simeon is named for pre-order meals in the Main Cabin. Hawaiian international Business Class guests get the expanded pre-select options "next week." Fall wines include a Paul Hobbs West Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir and a Viña Cobos Cocodrilo Corte.
