Bilt announced Oct. 28 that Jennifer Lopez will front its November Rent Day. The release confirms the monthly Rent Free game and vinyl pre-orders for a cherry-red pressing of LOVE? with a new track, "Proof of Love." The JLo Show premieres Nov. 26.
What it doesn't say: a Rent Day date, any hotel discount, any gift-card bonus, or terms. Trade coverage points to Nov. 1 and to hotel and gift-card perks, but we couldn't confirm them on Bilt's pages.

HOTELS — Hyatt expects a record 10 Canadian openings in 2027
Hyatt says its Canadian portfolio has quadrupled since 2017, with more than 40 deals in the pipeline. Hyatt Select, Hyatt Studios and Unscripted by Hyatt are all new to Canada.
Watch Kingston (later in 2026), Prince Albert (2027), a planned Park Hyatt Vancouver and two Haida Gwaii Unscripted properties; the last two have no dates.

HOTELS — The StandardX plans 1,800 rooms in Times Square
Hyatt's StandardX makes its North American debut at 255 West 45th Street, an approximately 1,800-room hotel expected in the second half of 2028. World of Hyatt benefits apply on eligible stays.

HOTELS — IHG's Ruby lands in Bangkok
IHG will open a 184-room Ruby in Sathorn in 2027 with Asset World Corp, the brand's first in Asia Pacific. Separately, IHG signed a 90-room Holiday Inn Express Reykjavik – Valhöll for the second half of 2027, its second Iceland hotel.
