Aer Lingus Renames Its Dublin–Nashville Flight EI95 for Dolly Parton
If you fly Dublin to Nashville, check the flight number. Aer Lingus says the route will operate as EI95 from Dublin starting Oct 25, with the return from Nashville flying as EI92. The renumbering honors Dolly Parton and nods to her song and film "9 to 5," and aircraft approaching Nashville identify themselves to air traffic control as "Shamrock 925" (checked Oct 25, 2026).
To mark the first EI95 departure, Aer Lingus will give a book to every child on board through Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, which sends free books to children from birth to age five and launched in the Republic of Ireland in 2019.
What is not changing
The release, dated Sept 17, 2026, is about the flight number only. It does not announce new times, aircraft or prices, and it gives no departure or arrival times. The page also mentions transatlantic fares from €199 ≈ $222 each way as part of a return trip, but they required booking before Sept 29, 2026, so that offer has ended.
What to do
If you have a booking on this route, expect to see EI95 and EI92 on your itinerary and boarding pass after Oct 25; confirm your own flight on aerlingus.com or the Aer Lingus app, as of Oct 25, 2026.
