Hilton for Business adds booking-for-employees tools and an in-house stay view for admins

Hilton announced on Oct 22, 2026 new tools and program enhancements for Hilton for Business. Program owners and administrators can now book, modify and manage hotel reservations for employees "without needing separate logins or workarounds," and can see current in-house stays to support duty of care .

What is coming later

Booking for travelers outside the program, extra travel coordinator and admin roles and an expanded dashboard are described as planned for coming months, with no dates. Hilton says the features were built on feedback from over 400,000 members, and that the program is free for small and medium businesses with no minimum spend .
