IHG and SKS Group sign Holiday Inn Express Perth City Centre

IHG announced on October 26, 2026 that it has signed an agreement with SKS Group for a Holiday Inn Express in Perth's central business district.

The project

The hotel will be called Holiday Inn Express Perth City Centre and will have 103 rooms. It will be at 178 St Georges Terrace, in the former Singapore Airlines House office building. IHG says it will feature the brand's "Generation 5 design." The release is filed under New Signings and gives no opening date.

What it means

A signing is not an opening: the hotel isn't bookable yet. For IHG One Rewards members, it adds a future option in Perth's CBD, but points prices and an opening date have not been announced.

What to do

Nothing to book yet. If you're planning a trip to Western Australia, check ihg.com for currently open Perth hotels and award prices.

As of Oct 26, 2026; confirm opening timing and availability on ihg.com.
