IHG announced on Oct 27 that it signed Holiday Inn Raipur in Sector 24, Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh, under a management agreement with Entry Point Hotels & Resorts Private Limited. It is scheduled to open in Q1 2031.

What is planned

• 156 rooms and suites, including 16 suites.
• Three dining venues: a 117-seat all-day restaurant, a 40-seat bar and a 40-seat lobby lounge.
• About 942 sqm of meeting space across four venues, including a 715 sqm divisible ballroom.
• Swimming pool, fitness centre and parking.

IHG notes the facilities are indicative and subject to design development and brand standards.

India context

IHG reports 53 open hotels across seven brands in India and a pipeline of 110 hotels due to open in the next 3 to 5 years. For IHG One Rewards members, that means more earning and redemption options in secondary Indian cities, but nothing bookable here for years. As of Oct 27, 2026, confirm details on the IHG page below.
