Waldorf Astoria and Conrad in Riviera Maya Go All-Inclusive
Hilton says Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya are now distinct all-inclusive resorts. In its Oct 1, 2026 release, the change began October 1, 2026. Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya becomes adults-only on Jan 10, 2027 (as of Oct 11, 2026; confirm on stories.hilton.com and hilton.com).
Waldorf Astoria includes 24-hour in-room dining, a minibar refreshed daily, and private round-trip transfers from Cancún airport for eligible direct bookings. Eligible stays of four consecutive nights or longer may include one selected resort experience.
Conrad Tulum includes the always-included kids' club MYTHOS World, 24-hour in-room dining, a refreshed minibar, concierge, and private round-trip transfers from Cancún and Tulum airports for eligible direct bookings. The same four-night experience rule applies. Ceiba Club is an adults-only (18+) section.
Existing reservations: Conrad bookings are honored as confirmed. Waldorf bookings are honored, except those with guests under 18 arriving on or after Jan 10, 2027, which the resort will help rebook.
Points: Hilton Honors members can transfer from Amex at 1:2. Award pricing was not in the release, so check hilton.com. For area planning, see our Tulum and Playa del Carmen guide.
Inclusions and eligibility depend on how you book, so confirm the details on hilton.com before paying.
