Citi / AAdvantage Executive World Legend Mastercard Benefits

Citi has launched the Citi / AAdvantage Executive World Legend Mastercard. This post covers the benefits listed on the official Citi card page, which we opened on Oct 11, 2026. "World Legend" is part of the card's name; we are not describing any Mastercard tier benefits here.

Citi's page lists these benefits:

• "Up to $500 back on eligible American Airlines Vacations purchases"
• "Up to $180 in Lyft credits"
• "Up to $120 back on eligible prepaid Avis and Budget car rentals"
• "Up to $120 Global Entry or TSA PreCheck Application Fee Credit"
• "Up to $100 Back on Inflight and Eligible Admirals Club Purchases"
• "First checked bag free on domestic American Airlines itineraries"
• "The only card with Admirals Club membership"

Citi describes the Admirals Club membership as "up to $1,400 in value." The page also says "Unlock up to $2,300 in value." Those are Citi's own framing of the benefits; how much you get depends on whether you would use each one anyway.

The offer and the fee. The page labels its offer "Limited time offer" and shows no end date as of Oct 11, 2026; confirm on citi.com. The annual fee and welcome-offer figures did not render when we fetched the page, so we are not quoting them until a human confirms them.

For context on Citi's American Airlines lineup, Citi's compare page lists the Citi / AAdvantage Platinum Select at "$0 Intro Annual Fee for the first year; $99 thereafter," as of Oct 11, 2026; confirm on citi.com. Compare the Executive card's fee against that card's, and against the credits you would actually use, once the fee is confirmed.

Points angle. Citi ThankYou points transfer to AAdvantage at 1:1, but only from select Citi cards (per our chart, checked 2026-10-08). See our Citi ThankYou Points page and the transfer partners chart before assuming a given card qualifies.

Benefit terms, eligible purchases and the limited-time offer can change, so read the full terms on Citi's page before applying.
